Sea cucumbers
look very spiky,
but they're actually
super soft and squishy!
The first one
that I ever saw
was a red and orange one
at Monterey Bay.
I almost cried.
I thought I would die
just poking the spikes...
"I'm a cucumber, I'm a cucumber...
Please don't take me to a pickle farm!"
BUT I didn't die!
And now I love sea cucumbers.
I think everybody
should go to the aquarium
and pet a sea cucumber
